Product Return Requirements

  • All returns require prior approval from our Customer Care department. You must call before returning any product.
  • We accept unopened, resalable product in original condition provided it is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns of partial bundles purchased with a Quantity Discount (ex. buy seven, get three free) will be charged full list price for the bottles opened/kept by customer, plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
