Your satisfaction is our goal. Should our product or service ever fail to meet your expectations, please call or email our Customer Care department at 800-783-9109. The Customer Care department is open Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time.
Product Return Requirements
- All returns require prior approval from our Customer Care department. You must call before returning any product.
- We accept unopened, resalable product in original condition provided it is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns of partial bundles purchased with a Quantity Discount (ex. buy seven, get three free) will be charged full list price for the bottles opened/kept by customer, plus a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
